Predictability creates possibility.
Before You Start — Getting Your Own Numbers
This tool is only as honest as the numbers you put in it. All three take a few weeks to gather, and they are worth gathering — a guessed baseline produces a guessed saving.
1
Time yourself
Time your next 10–20 ClinChecks — a mix of new cases, additional aligners and small touches. Average them all. That average is one round: one time you open a ClinCheck, not the whole case.
2
Pull your additional aligner rate
From your Invisalign Doctor Site, count additional aligner orders over the last year and divide by cases started in the same window. That is orders per case.
3
Count your modifications
For the next ten plans you approve, tally how many times you sent each one back before approving it. Average the ten. That is modifications per case.

02 — Rounds of ClinCheck per Case
Every case takes one initial ClinCheck review, then another round of your time for every modification and every additional aligner order. A personalized plan — built with a CAD designer in ClinCheck — cuts all three: less time per round, fewer modifications, fewer additional aligner orders. Fill in both columns with your own numbers.

04 — Breakdown
Per CaseTodayWith a Personalized PlanDifference
How it works: a round is one time you open a ClinCheck. Every case has one initial review, plus one round for each modification, each additional aligner order, and each modification made on those additional aligners. So rounds per case = 1 + modifications + additional orders + mods on those orders, and minutes per case = rounds × your minutes per round. Hours per year = minutes per case × cases per year ÷ 60. Value = hours × what an hour of your time is worth.
Note: this counts your planning time only — not chair time, not staff time, and not the cost of a plan that has to be reworked after treatment has started. Every round is costed at the same minutes; if your initial review takes noticeably longer than a modification, raise the minutes figure to your average across all rounds.
